Designed and maintained features across three regional apps — a Vietnam loan app, a Cambodia merchant app, and a Cambodia mobile banking app — streamlining complex flows, scaling a 120+ component design system, and reducing onboarding from 8 steps to 3

Led end-to-end product design from research (29 surveys, 3 interviews) to launch — improving task success rates by 25% and building an 80+ component system that boosted UI consistency by 40%.

Humans first, always
Design for real people, not ideal users. It should fit naturally into messy, everyday life.
Every detail counts
Small things make big differences. Typography, color, motion — nothing is accidental.
Less is more!
Clarity over clutter. If users don’t get it instantly, it’s not done yet.
